On Monday, June 1st we will be kicking off Internet Week at the New World Stages. Brady Forrest and Tikva Morowati are co-hosting! Ignite NYC IV is proudly co-presented by the team at Web 2.0 Expo, a conference and expo bringing together the best and brightest in the Web 2.0 universe to show the world how the next Internet Revolution is being designed and delivered. Web 2.0 Expo New York is co-produced by O’Reilly Media and TechWeb, returning November 16-19th at the Javits Center.

Nick Bilton of the New York Times R+D Lab is hosting The Ignite Film Festival Competition! To enter the competition,create a video clip that is 15 seconds long, or should we say, 15 seconds short! Please submit your entry by May 31st and find out more information about the guidelines at http://ignitefilmfestival.org/ The top picks will be shown for audience juding at Ignite!

Here is a rough schedule for how the night will go:

7:00- 8:00PM Cocktail hour

8:00- 8:30PM Audience judges Ignite Film Festival Competition via SMS voting.

8:30PM- 9:30PM Ignite Talks

9:45- 10:45PM Cocktail hour

11PM Bar closes

Ignite is free and open to the public.
